RETURNS & USED ITEM DISCLAIMER

We find items from all over the world and cannot guarantee that any item is 100% pet free or from a smoke-free home. As the history of most of our inventory remains a mystery! Each item goes through a delicate and thorough 2-person inspection to provide the most accurate description and clear details before purchase. Each item is hand washed or laundered in free and clear detergent before shipping to make sure we make the quality of each item its very best! Please make sure that you read the full description and disclosures before any purchase as we do not provide refunds or returns. Some items may exhibit slight signs of minor use due to age, so finite scratches may be noticed on some items. In the event an item is purchased and notably not as described once received please contact us and we will address the issue with a refund or whatever we need to do to correct the error and make sure you are totally satisfied. We do try to take extra care in documenting any and all defects, wear and tear cracks, chips, etc. but hey, we are all human and are prone to error from time to time. Please note that we do sell damaged items with defects, so please make sure you have read the entire description to confirm you are aware of exactly what you are buying!
Due to the unpredictable, once an item is out of our hands, we are no longer responsible for an item once it is shipped. Feel free to message us with any questions, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible to try and help! All items include insurance and should be covered in the event of damage during shipping. Please do not leave a bad review based on shipping issues as we can not be held responsible. We like to keep our reviews honest and solely about our customer service and the awesome products that we provide! Due to various reasons we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of any items! We try to gauge our timeframes for arrival the best we can but we have no control what happens after dropping off with the shipping carrier! Please do not leave a bad review based on shipping issues thank you!
